复方消经痛胶囊中香附、肉桂挥发油的提取和包合物工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究香附和肉桂挥发油提取和β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验,考察加水倍数、药材浸泡时间和蒸馏时间对挥发油提取量的影响;以挥发油包合率和包合物的收率综合评价,采用正交实验设计优选β-环糊精包合工艺条件。结果最优的提取条件为,药材浸泡12 h,加10倍量水,蒸馏8 h;最佳包合条件为,挥发油与β-CD的投料比为1∶6,包合温度为室温,包合时间为3 h。结论选出的提取和包合条件达到了挥发油收得率最高和包合收率较高,并且包合效果好的目的。 Objective To study the optimum extraction process of volatile oil of Xiangfu and Rougui and its inclusive compound by Betaeyelodextrin(β-CD) in Fufangxiaojingtong(FFXJT) Capsules. Methods The effects of water content, soaked and distilled time on extraction of volatile oil were investigated and the technological process of inclusion compound by β-CD were evaluated by orthogonal design. Results The optimum extracted conditions were to add ten times amount of water into the mixture of crude drugs, to soak for 12 hours and to distill 8 hours. The optimum conditions of preparation of inclusive compound were the proportion of 1:6 (volatile oil and β-CD) ,3 hours of inclusion and ordinary temperature. Conclusion The above technological process is the most rational.
