摘要
采用Philpott方法分离毛囊并培养于无血清培养液和常规培养液。毛囊在2种培养液中的生长速度分别为0.181 mm/d和0.143 mm/d(3 d),差异不显著。在无血清培养液中,毛囊形态较常规培养液不规则,但生长速度与体内接近;而常规培养液中的转化生长因子(TGF-β)等生长因子对毛囊生长有抑制作用。
We separated the hair follicle successfully with philpott method, cultivating with RPMI --1640 without serum and common RPMI-1640,the results showed the rates of them are 0. 143 mm/d and 0. 1805 mm/d each. The difference is not significant (P〉0.05). The morphology was abnormal in former against the later. Perhaps it deficited some materials like insulike, ect. TGF- β ect. in serum inhabited hair follicle growth.
