摘要
施工项目是建安企业建筑安装产品的施工过程及成果。施工项目管理水平的高低将会直接影响到企业的经济效益。本文就如何利用“目标控制”对项目各个阶段进行管理作出了分析和探讨,总结出施工项目管理中的一般原则和步骤。
The construction project is the process and achievement that enterprise construct and install the product of the construction. The level of construction project management will directly affect enterprise＇s economic benefit. This article gives analysis and discussion in how to use ＂object control＂ in various stages of the project management and summarizes the general principles and steps of project management.
