摘要
目的:观察珍珠菜提取物对白血病细胞的体内外抑制作用。方法:以小鼠白血病L1210为模型,观察珍珠菜提取物的体内抗肿瘤作用;体外采用四氮唑盐法(MTT)及3H-TdR掺入法观察药物对人慢性粒细胞白血病细胞株(K 562)的细胞活力影响。结果:对荷L1210小鼠给予200 mg／kg药物其抑瘤率可达45％。MTT实验结果显示药物作用48 h的IC50为39．87μg／mL。结论:珍珠菜提取物对白血病细胞有明显的抑制作用。
Objective： To investigate the inhibitory effect on leucemia of the extract from Lysimachia clethroides Duby in vivo and in vitro. Methods： The inhibitory effects of the extract in vivo were observed on the transplantable tumor model of L1 210^＋ The inhibitory effect on growth of K562 cells in vitro was observed by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium （MTT） and 3H-TdR assays. Results： The inhibition rate of the extract against L1 210 was 45% when treated with 200 mg/kg.The result from MTT assay indicated that the half inhibitory concentration （IC50） at 48 h was 39.87μg/mL. Conclusions： The extract had a significant anti-leucemia effect.
