摘要
本文简要介绍了汽油机铝活塞的铸造缩松缺陷产生的原因和影响因素,并以一个典型产品为例对比了冒口设置对活塞宏观质量的影响。铸件中建立起合理的凝固顺序不仅可以保证铸件的内在质量,还可提高铝液的工艺出品率和生产效率,产生的经济效益将十分显著。
In this paper, it briefly introduce the reason and influence factor which gives rise to the dispersed shrinkage defect of gasoline engine aluminium piston, and contrast the influence of riser setting on macroscopic quality of piston with a typical product example. To establish reasonable solidification sequence in casting not on- ly can ensure its internal quality, but also can raise technology yield of Aluminum and productivity, the following economic benefit will be very notable.
