食用菌菌丝体深层培养及产品开发研究 被引量:5

摘要 用一种经济的培养基通过深层培养获得四种菌丝体,将菌丝体及其发酵液在胶体磨里充分破碎,热水浸提。提取物经浓缩配加营养增强剂,调制成四种营养保健产品。 The four mycela were got in the economical medium by the submerged-culture method. The mycela with the fermented liquid were fully broken into pieces in the colloidal mill, and then the digesting solutions were formed by hot-water digestion methed. The digesting solutions were enriched and some nutrient substances were added to them. In this way, the four nutrient healthy products were developed.
