摘要
高等学校是培养高素质创新型人才的重要基地。面对新型人才培养模式的要求,高校图书馆必须及时调整传统意义上的收集、整理和提供使用文献资料的发展定位,积极拓宽服务功能,运用有效的实现途径进行管理创新。只有这样,高校图书馆的管理工作才能搞得更好,图书馆事业才能始终充满生机和活力。
University is an important base of cultivating high quality talented people with creative mind. Facing the requirement of new talented people cultivation model, university library must reorganize its traditional development orientation of collecting, sorting out and providing literature documents. University library should broaden its service functions and effectively realize the management innovation in proper ways. With these efforts, university library management can be improved, and the library will become energetic and prosperous.
