非胶体钯活化PET塑料化学镀铜的研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了PET塑料表面化学镀铜的表面预处理以及化学镀铜工艺对化学镀铜的影响,PET塑料经过碱性高锰酸钾处理后,表面的粗糙度大大增加,提高了塑料表面对金属镀层的附着力。研究表明,化学镀铜的速度与温度、pH值以及甲醛含量等因素相关,最佳pH为12.5,最佳温度为50℃,甲醛的最佳含量为15mL/L。 The electroless copper deposit on the surface of PET was studied. In order to increase the coherence of PET surface to the deposit copper, the surface of the Plastics is modified by using alkalescent potassium permanganate, result in the notable increase of its roughness and increases the coherence of the surface to the deposited metal layer. The result show that electroless copper deposition depends on temperature, pH value, the content of HCHO, and the best temperature is 50℃ and pH = 12.5,the best content of HCHO is 15mL/L.
