摘要
检验科为各类医院必不可少的一个医技科室。检验科仪器试剂众多,人员专业水平不等,近年来检验学科发展较快,因此对科室管理提出更高要求。目前,应以病人为中心,提高服务质量,加强质控和仪器管理,重视抓人员的在职教育及微机化管理,从而使医院检验科更好地为病人服务。
The clinical lab is a necessary functional body in the hospital, where equipment, agents and technical personnel with different levels of skill are gathered. Recently, the branch of medical testing is developint rapidly which calls for more rigid rules for the lab administration. New requlations are here put forward. At present, the lab service quality mest be raised with the health of the patients as the focus of consideration; the control of the service quality and the administration of the equipment tightened; the on the spot training of the personnel stressed; and the administration computerized so that the clinical lab will provide a better service to the patients.
