摘要
进行了基于CAN总线技术的造纸生产线自动控制系统的研究,给出了系统整体结构,同时阐述了CAN节点控制器的硬、软件开发过程。结果证明,该系统结构简单,运行可靠,易于调整,可以改善造纸生产控制系统的监控品质,节省能源,减少污染,为企业生产和管理人员及时了解远程生产现场的状况提供了可能。
Research of the control system of paper making production based on CAN is introduced. The overall architecture is presented. At the same time, the development of field nodes＂ controller of CAN bus, are also presented, In addition, hardware connection and software design are illuminated. It can be proved that the system structure is simple, running reliable and adjusting easy, and monitor quality of paper making manufacture is improved, and consumption of energy and pollution is decreased.It becomes possible for the management and production personnel in enterprise to have some knowledge of the situation of remote production field in time.
