摘要
为探索烟叶间的配伍性及其变化规律,对河南烟区13种上部烟叶进行了两两组合试验,并对其配伍性进行了感官评吸评价,将评价结果转换为配伍性得分,利用配伍性得分分析了烟叶配伍性的变化规律。结果表明,同小区烟叶间的配伍性较好;不同小区相同等级的烟叶相配时,等级越低,配伍性越好;不同等级的烟叶相配时,级差越小,配伍性越好。
In order to find out the compatibility between different kinds of tobacco leaves, 13 kinds of upper leaves from Henan tobacco growing area were tested in pairs and the compatibility of each pair was panel evaluated, the difference of compatibility was analyzed according to the panel test scores. The results showed that： the compatibility between tobacco leaves from the same sub-district was better; for leaves of the same grade but from different sub-districts, the compatibility between lower grade leaves was better; and the less the grade difference, the better the compatibility between different grade leaves was.
