微螺钉种植体支抗压低过长磨牙的初步临床应用 被引量:24

Application of microscrew anchorage to the intrusion of overerupted molars

摘要 目的探讨使用微螺钉种植体支抗压低过长磨牙的临床应用。方法使用微螺钉种植体支抗配合部分或全口矫治器压低14例成人患者过长的上颌磨牙,共25颗。结果临床上过长磨牙均压低至(牙合)平面,疗程在5至18月之间,平均10.3月。结论使用微螺钉种植体作支抗压低过长磨牙是可行的。 Objective To investigate the clinical application of microscrew as anchorage to intrude overerupted maxillary molars. Methods Fifteen adult patients were treated with the use of the microscrew as anchorage in partial or full-mouth fixed appliances. Twenty-five overerupted posterior maxillary teeth were intruded. Results The molars were all intruded successfully, and the occlusal plane was corrected. The duration of treatment for intrusion was ranged from 5 to 18months, on average 10. 3 months. Conclusions It was applicable to use the microscrew as anchorage in partial or full-mouth fixed appliances to intrude overerupted maxillary molars.
