超低硫柴油的润滑性研究与性能评定 被引量:8

STUDY ON THE LUBRICITY OF SUPER-LOW SULFUR DIESEL FUEL AND ITS ENGINE TEST

摘要 提出了超低硫柴油燃料的暂定技术指标,并规定了对其润滑性的要求。研制了一种柴油润滑性添加剂HR3903,将其加入到采用深度加氢工艺生产的基础柴油中,得到一种环保型超低硫柴油,该燃料具有馏分窄、闪点高、氧化安定性好、低温性能优异、硫含量超低、润滑性能好等特点。考察了HR3903加剂量与柴油润滑性的关系,合适的加剂量为150~250μg/g,对研制柴油进行台架试验的结果表明,500h全尺寸台架试验前后负荷特性完全符合试验发动机规定的要求;800h试验后开机检查,发现燃料对发动机部件无明显腐蚀,燃烧室表面清洁。 A technical standard for the diesel fuel having super-low sulfur content was proposed, in which the lubricating requirement of said fuel was specified. An environmental friendly super-low sulfur diesel fuel was prepared based on diesel base oil from deep hydrotreating and a prepared lubricating additive HR3903. The effect of HR3903 dosage on the lubricity of diesel fuel was studied and the optimum dosage range was 150-250 μg/g. The prepared diesel fuel possessed narrow distillation range,high flash point, good oxidation stability, super-low sulfur content, excellent low temperature flowing performance and lubricity. The engine test results validated the advantages of said fuel, no apparent corrosion on the engine parts was observed and the surface of the combustion chamber was clean after 800 h testing.
