摘要
利用2006年9-11月气温、降水、日照时数资料对安徽省秋季的灾害性天气作了分析,表明2006年9-11月全省温度异常偏高1.5℃;10月全省温度异常为有历史资料以来的第一位;11月除江南外,淮北、江淮之间、沿江和全省平均的温度异常均达到了极端气候事件的标准。2006年秋季全省降水量基本上正常,但其中存在两个降水极端异常时段。10和11月月淮北和江淮之间的降水排在有史以来少雨年的前5位,都达到了极端气候事件的标准。2006年秋季全省日照时数基本正常。9-11月主要气候事件为干旱和连阴雨。总体来说,2006年秋季气候影响弊大于利。
Based on data of air temperature, precipitation and sunlight duration in Sep. - Nov. 2006, the calamity climate in autunm in Anhui province was analyzed. It was showed that the air temperature in Anhui province in Sep. - Nov. 2006 was abnomaity, being 1.5 ℃ higher than that in normal years. The air ternpemttme in whole province in Oct. ranked fast based on the history data. In Nov. expect the south Yangzi Rover the mean air temperature in north Huaihe Rover, between Yangzi Rover and Huaihe Rover, along Yangzi Rover and whole province was abnonnity and reached standard of extreme climate event. The precipitation in autunm in 2006 was normal basically, but there were two precipitation extreme abnonnity periods. The precipita- tion in Huaibei and between Yangzi Rover and Huaihe Rover in Oct. and Nov. ranked 5 place ahead in few rain years throughout history and all reached standard of extremity climate event. The sunlight duration in whole province in autunm in 2006 was normal basically. The main climate event in Sep. Nov. was drought and cloudy-rainy weather. As a whole, the climate effect in autunm was in more fraud over benefit.
