摘要
从船长的角度针对货船超载运输如何监管作简要分析,提出海事人员在检查船舶载重线及判断船舶超载时应注意的几个问题,并介绍一种简易计算载重线的方法,以期对货船超载的监管有所帮助,减少海上事故的发生。
From the point of view of a captain,this paper mainly analyses how to supervise the cargo ship＇s overfreight,puts forward several problems to the MSA Officers whom should pay attention to,while the Officers check cargo ship＇s loadline and judge the cargo ship＇s overfreight,and also recommends a facility means to calculate the cargo ship＇s draught.The author expects the paper would be a help to supervise the cargo ship＇s overfreight,and decrease the rate of the sea accident.
