摘要
通过活化部分凝血活酶时间APTT、血浆凝血酶原时间PT、血浆凝血酶时间TT测定试验以及血小板黏附试验,对不同密度、不同组织结构以及不同纤度的聚酯纤维织物的抗凝血性能进行表征,发现织物在结构和纤度相同的情况下,结构越密,抗凝血性越差;当密度和纤度相同时,缎纹织物抗凝血性能相对最好,平纹次之,斜纹最差.当结构、密度相同时,纤维纤度越大,抗凝血性能越差.
In order to study the influence of the structure, density and fiber diameters of fabrics on coagulating properties, the test of activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time(PT), thrombin time(TT) and blood platelet adherence experiments were carried out. The results showed that the denser the fabrics were, the better the antithrombotic property they possessed; the antithrombotic property of satin was better than that of plain, while the antithrombotic of plain was better than that of twill. The smaller the fiber diameter was, the better the antithrombic properties of the fabrics behaved.
