摘要
目的 探讨电视腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠并发失血性休克的效果。方法 回顾性分析36例电视腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠所致失血性休克（〉1000m1）患者的手术方法．手术时间，术中出血，排气平均时间，术后住院天数等。结果 36例休克患者均抢救成功，无一例中转开腹。结论 电视腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠所致失血性休克在条件具备的医院，是可行的。
Objective To study the clinical value of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of hemorrhagic shock caused by ectopic pregnancy. Methods Operation time,bleed amount in operation,functional recover time of bowel,postoperative hospital stay were studied retrospectively in the 36 cases. Results All the 36 cases conducted successfully and removed without complication. Conclusion The results suggest that laparoscopic operation is safe and feasible in treating hemorrhagic shock caused by ectopic pregnancy.
