摘要
造成当前我国经济"内外失衡"的根本原因在于百姓收入增长过于缓慢,政府公共支出不足。解决问题的重要措施是减税和发展服务业,增加就业和提高收入,加大政府在低保、医疗、住房和教育方面的投资,为进一步扩大消费需求提供制度性基础。
The basic reason for disequilibrium inside and outside lies in slow in people＇s income the insufficiency of public disbursal. The important measure to solve this problem is cutting taxes, developing service industry, increasing the rate of employment and raising people＇s incomes. The role of our government should pay attention to strengthening the investments in subsistence allowance, medical insurance, housing and education, which can provide an institutional foundation for further expanding domestic demand.
