摘要
为解决甲烷泵机械密封的泄漏,对旧机械密封与封液系统不匹配,引起密封失效的原因进行分析。本次改造新设计了楔形环作为辅助密封圈的整体式补偿环,取得了良好的效果。
In order to solve the problem of the leakage occurred in the mechanical seal used in methane pump, the cause oi seal failure was analyzed. It was found that the mechanical seal was not matched with the seal liquid cyclic system. Thus, one wedge ring was designed to be as the integrity compensation ring, which had good effect in eliminating the leakage.
