摘要
在静态条件下,研究了火力发电厂粉煤灰改性物(MFA)在不同溶液中吸附铜(Ⅱ)的动力学及其用于镀铜废水处理的情况。结果表明,MFA对铜(Ⅱ)具有较强的吸附性能,pH值是影响吸附的主要因素,静电吸附和特性吸附是主要吸附形式,MFA吸附铜(Ⅱ)的最初速率与浓度成一级反应,吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温式。MFA用于镀铜废水的处理,得到了满意的结果。
The adsorption kinetics of Cu(Ⅱ)ions in different aqueous solutions by modified fly ash(MFA)originating from a power plant was investigated under static conditions.The application of the modified fly ash in the wastewater treatment for copper electroplating was explored as well.The results showed that MFA had good adsorbing capability to Cu(Ⅱ)ions.The adsorption of the Cu(Ⅱ)ions by the modified fly ash was highly dependent on the pH value,while the main adsorbing modes includes static adsorption and characteristic adsorption.Moreover,the initial rate of Cu(Ⅱ)ion adsorption with respect to its concentration well conformed to first-order reaction,and the adsorption process could be well explained using Langmuir equation.Besides,the modified fly ash could be readily and satisfactorily used for the treatment of Cu(Ⅱ)ion in copper eletroplating wastewater.
