摘要
动态验光法又称小瞳保存调节功能验光法。因其简便、快速,免除了散瞳后的许多不便,常被眼科临床上用来做诊断验光使用。由于调节机能的存在,易产生调节误差。本文总结了作者26年动态检影验光的工作经验,阐述了动态屈光下验光时的调节,调节误差及其避免和减少调节误差的方法和具体措施。
The dynamic optometry is also called small pupil optometry or obvious optometry. It is usually used for diagnostic optometry of clinical ophthalmology since it is simple, fast and does not need to have pupils dilated. However, the adjustment errors are easily produced due to the existence of adjustment function. This paper sums up the author's work experience on dynamic optometry with shadow test in the past 26 years and expounds the adjustment of dynamic optometry,adjustment errors as well as the methods and concrete measures for avoiding and reducing adjustment errors.
