摘要
激光快速成型技术是一种新的金属零件成型方法,特别适合应用于高熔点金属的成型。本文利用VC++6.0实现了金属零件STL文件的读取、切片及切片轮廓的整理,开发了一个金属零件激光快速成型的软件系统。本文详细论述了该软件系统的开发方法,并给出了应用实例。
Laser rapid prototyping is an advanced manufacturing technology for metal part, especially for high melting point metal part. Using the tools and platforms such as Visual C ++ 6. 0, many key techniques were resolved, such as reading and slicing STL file, trimming slice contour. A laser rapid prototyping software system was developed, and the development method was discussed. The application was illustrated by some related instances.
