在1kg感应炉内以模拟喷吹处理的方法进行了CaO基熔剂对铁水同时脱硫脱磷的应用性研究。在采用 MgO 坩埚的实验中,选择合适的渣系组成,即 CaF_2=30%、CaO 接近于饱和并添加2%Na_2O,获得了 L_s≈L_p≈150的高分配比值。这意味着当终渣为30kg/t 时,可同时获得约82%的脱硫率和脱磷率。
An applied study has been carried in a 1 kg induction furnace simulating CaO based fluxinjection treatment of liquid iron for simultaneous removal of S and P.For those experimentsin which maximum phosphorus and sulphur distribution ratios were at approximately the samelevel,values of L_5=(%S)/[%S]≈L_p=(%P)/[%P]≈150 were obtained with MgO crucibles.For 30kg final slag per ton of hot metal,this corrosponds to about 82% simultaneous removal of sul-phur and phosphorus.
