摘要
本文用数学物理模型的方法研究了小方坯连铸结晶器内钢液的三维流场。用二维激光一多谱勒测速仪对水力模型内的速度分布进行了测试。用 k-ε双方程湍流模型和雷诺方程,以及快速收敛的 ADC 法,对结晶器水力模型内的三维流场进行了数值计算。计算结果与实验测定基本吻合,得到了在弧形管式结晶器内钢液的流动为一明显的非对称流场的结果。
The three dimensional flow field in the mold of billet caster has been studied by the useof mathematical method.The velocity field in water model was measured by laser doppler ane-mometry(LDA).The artificial damping and compressibility(ADC)method was used to solve thek-ε two-equation model of turbulence and the turbulent renold equations.The computed resultis in agreement with the LDA measurement.Therefore,the flow field of liquid steel in curvedmold is obviously unsymmetrical.
