摘要
为了解决稀经密高纬密粗厚织物在剑杆织机上织造时断边严重、断纬开车横档多等问题,通过对其经纬纱号及组织结构特点分析,从减少地组织与边组织缩率差异出发,优化边组织结构,对破斜纹类织物采用特殊的开车方法,使该品种织机效率从56%上升到85%以上,下机一等品率达80%以上。
To resolve problems of more broken selvage, more weft bar in broken weft and so on of weaving small warp density high weft density thick fabric, selvage structure stitch was optimized and special operating method was adopted for broken twill fabric through analyzing structure stitch and warp count weft count to reduce shrinkage difference of selvage stitch and basis stitch, the weaving efficiency can enhance from 56% to 85%, and first grade percentage before cloth repairing can reach above 80%.
