摘要
In 33 patients with adult primarynephrotic syndrome (APNS), the functionsof renal tubular enrichment and dilution,urine acidification and urinary β2-MG weredetected. The results showed that the rateof renal tubular insufficiency was 33%inAPNS, the renal tubular damage was worsein type Ⅱ than in type Ⅰ. the level of β2MG in type Ⅱ was significantly higher thanthat in type Ⅰ (P<0.01) and between thetwo types the urinal concentrations of TAand NH4+ showed significant difference (P<0.05) but that of HCO3 showed no signifi-cant difference (P<0. 05 ). The treatment re-sponse rate during the nearer period wasmuch higher in those with normal renaltubular functions than in those with insuffi-ciency functionsThe characters and causes of renaltubular damage in APNS were also dis-cussed in this paper.
