摘要
寻求一种既安全有效，又简单实用的镇痛方法是提高肛肠疾病手术成功的重要环节。１９９４年６月至１９９６年６月，通过对４４０例混合痔外切内扎术术后患者分别采用口服止痛剂、针刺、耳穴压豆、针刺配合耳穴压豆４种方法进行镇痛效果的比较，结果显示针刺配合耳穴压豆的镇痛效果明显优于其它组。本文详细介绍了针刺双白环俞、大肠俞、承山穴，耳穴压豆双直肠、大肠、神门、交感穴的优点和效果。
A safe,effective,simple and practical method for relieving pain plays an important role in the success of anal surgery. Oral analgesics,acupuncture,auricular point compression and acupuncture with auricular point compression were applied respectively to relieve pain for 440 patients wiht mixed hemorrhoids after hemorrhoidectomy and ligation,and their analgesic effects were compared. The results showed that acupuncture with auricular point compression is the most effective method in relieving pain. In this paper,the method of needling Baihuanshu(UB30),Dachangshu(UB25),Chengshan(UB57) and pressing the auricular points Zhichang,Dachang,Shenmen and Jiangan was presented,and its adnantages and effects were also discussed.
