摘要
运用威布尔分析、分类、分层统计等统计技术工具,通过对某公司Ⅰ系列柴油机缸盖螺栓断裂问题进行统计分析,找出造成断裂故障的原因,并制定相应的整改措施,经过对实施效果的跟踪验证,证明分析结论正确、整改措施有效。
By using statistic technologies, such as ： Weibull analysis, classification, stratification, fracture reasons of I series diesel engine cylinder - head bolt are analyzed statistically in a company to find the causes of fracture and relevant measures for improvement are worked out. The result shows that the conclusion is correct and measures are effective.
