经尿道前列腺电汽化术常见并发症及处理

摘要 目的探讨经尿道前列腺电汽化术(TUVP)的常见并发症及处理。方法回顾性分析57例前列腺增生症(BPH)患者的临床资料。结果本组发生7例次(12.3%)并发症,其中TUR综合征1例(1.8%),术后继发感染膀胱出血2例(3.5%),术后膀胱颈挛缩2例(3.5%),术后短期尿失禁2例(3.5%)。结论TUVP术具有操作简便,出血少,恢复快,疗效显著,并发症低等特点,是值得推广的新方法。
