摘要
文章对虚拟企业组织形式、业务流程管理及信息系统架构及实现进行了研究,针对虚拟企业中采用和实施生产管理信息系统的策略进行了分析,提出了分布式多ERP系统的无缝集成解决方案,实现了虚拟企业产业链和企业内部工作流程的一体化控制,并对在报装行业具体应用给出了实例分析。
The paper researched the business process management and the information system architecture of virtual enterprises, discussed the strategy on the MIS of virtual enterprises, suggested a distributed multi -ERP system integration solution, realized the integration control of the industrial chains and the internal business processes of virtual enterprises, and illustrated by putting the solution into practice on specific industry.
