摘要
数字化仪表和控制系统已在核电厂安全系统领域内得到应用,网络通信功能是数字化仪控设备必不可少的。如何设计接口卡使得同时满足现场总线通信要求和核电安全级要求,是研制数字化仪控设备时必须解决的一个重要问题。本文介绍了如何把各种标准和导则提出的安全设计准则和安全要求应用在核级现场总线接口卡的软硬件开发上,具体描述了如何遵循验证和确认过程来保证可靠性。
Digital I&C system has been widely applied in the field of safety system in nuclear power plant (NPP). It is essential for digital I&C equipment to have network communication function. How to develop interface card to meet both the fieldbus communication requirement and nuclear grade requirement is a key issue in the design and development of digital I&C equipment. This paper introduced how to apply the safety design criteria which bring forward all kinds of standards and regulatory guides into the hardware and software development of interface card based fieldbus, and concretely described how to follow verification and validation processes to ensure reliability.
