摘要
研究了红芪总黄酮对高糖处理的脐静脉内皮细胞损伤的保护作用.使用MTT法检测细胞存活率.化学比色法检测乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性.结果表明:红芪总黄酮可明显改善高糖所致下降的细胞生存率,显著降低LDH释放及细胞内MDA含量,提高SOD活性.红芪总黄酮对高糖处理的脐静脉内皮细胞损伤具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与提高脐静脉内皮细胞的抗氧化能力有关.
To investigate protective effect of total flavonoids of Hedysarum polybotry on human umbilical vein endothelial cells injury treated by high glucose. The growth rate of cells was detected by MTT (3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazo 1-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenylte trazolium bromide) methods. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the culture medium, malondialdelyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the cell were measured by spectroscopy, respectively. Result: Total flavonoids of Hedysarum polybotrys could significantly improve the growth of cells which is injured by high glucose, and decrease the content of LDH, MDA and increase SOD activity. Conclusion: Total flavonoids of Hedysarum polybotry has protective effect on human umbilical vein endothelial cells injury treated by high glucose, which may be related to increasing the antioxidant capacity of human umbilical vein endothelial cells.
