大鼠瓦斯爆炸伤后肺HIF-1α、NF—kB、ICAM-1、Caspase-3蛋白及mRNA表达的变化及意义

摘要 笔者在瓦斯爆炸伤动物模型上观察肺组织缺氧诱导因子-1a(HIF-1a)、核因子-kB(NF-kB)和细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的表达,了解NF—kB在瓦斯爆炸所致急性肺损伤发病中的作用及其与ICAM-1之间的关系,旨在为瓦斯爆炸伤临床诊断和治疗提供依据。
