摘要
报道HPLC法测定妇健冲剂中丹参有效成分之一原儿茶醛的含量。采用UltrasphereODS柱(40℃)甲醇-0.5%醋酸(12:88)为流动相,流速1.5ml/min,检测波长281nm;样品经甲醇超声提取,再依次用苯、醋酸乙酯萃取,甲醇溶解残渣。外标法定量,平均回收率98.4%(RSD为2.78%)。
This paper reported the method of assaying protocateehualdehyde (an active agent in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. ) in Fujian granules by HPLC, using Ultrasphere ODS column at 40 ℃. The mobile phase was methanol-0. 5 % acetic acid (12: 88). Flow speed was 1. 5 ml/min. Detective wave length was 281 urn. The samples were extracted with methanol by ultrasonic at first, then extracted by benzene and acetoacetate separately. The residue of the extration was dissolved with methanol and quantified using the external standard method.. The recovery is 98. 4% (RSD=2. 78% ).
