咪唑类驱虫药所致脱髓鞘性脑病的脑电图及MRI评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究咪唑类驱虫药所致脱髓鞘性脑病患者的脑电图(EEG)及MRI特点。方法:分析18例咪唑类驱虫药所致脱髓鞘性脑病患者的EEG及MRI资料。结果:18例中急性期EEG异常15例,异常率为83%,入院后20天异常率为38%。18例MRI检查均有异常,异常率100%,显示双侧侧脑室周围及额、顶、颞叶白质区、基底节、小脑半球有多发、对称的长T1长T2信号,FLAIR像显示病灶更敏感。结论:MRI对咪唑类驱虫药所致脱髓鞘性脑病的诊断具有重要价值,EEG的动态变化可客观评估其预后。 Objective:To study the EEG and MRI features of anthelmintic imidazoles induced demyelinating encephalopathy. Methods: The EEG and MRI data were analysed in 18 patients with the disease. Results: The abnormality rate of EEG in the patients in the acute stage was significantly higher than that of patients 20 days after, hospitalized. The MRI of 18 cases showed multiple white matter lesions scattered in the frontal, parietal,temporal, periventricular, basal ganglia, and cerebellar areas . The lesions were long T1 and T2 - weights signals. FLAIR images were highly sensitive to the focus. Conclusions: MRI is very valuable for diagnosis of the disease. The characteristics of dynamic change of EEG might be used as an objective index to asses prognosis of the disease.
