摘要
本文简述了煤基回转窑直接还原新技术——短回转窑高温快速还原法。经半工业试验结果证明,该技术突破了赤铁块矿灾难性还原粉化的技术难题,对解决块矿或球团矿普遍存,在的还原粉化问题具有借鉴意义。短回转窑的高利用系数是直接还原工艺上的一个创新。
This article deals with a new technology of rapid direct reduction at high temperature in acoal-based short rotary kiln.The results of semi-industrial test show that this new process cansolve the catastrophic swelling problem of hematite ore during reduction.It can also be a refere-nce to the solution of reduction disintegration usually existed in hematite lump ore and pellet.High productivity of this kind of rotary kiln is a new mark in the development of direct reduc-tion technology.
