摘要
本文介绍了-60℃级 B652新钢种及其低温压力容器用管的研制过程。采用平炉冶炼、SL 法炉外精炼、控轧和冷轧(拔)、正火处理工艺试制的低温压力容器用无缝管,其各项技术指标均满足JISG 3460—84标准要求。产品经用户使用获得好评。
In this paper,the development of 60℃ B652 steel grade and the pipe made from it for pressurevessel is introduced.Quality of the pipe produced by the process of Open-Hearth→SL refin-ing→controll(?)d roiling and cold rolling(drawing)→normalizing can meet the JISG3460 84 spe-cifications and is well received by users.
