摘要
本文作者首次提出了影响热轧型材和线材尺寸精度的不是全部(或成组)机座,而只是最后1~3道机座的新论点。从而提出了“工艺布置、轧机主传动、轧机基础三不变,只将最后1~3架(实际是 K_1、K_2两架)换为 GY 短应力线轧机”的改造新方案。经过五年来100多个厂家的实践充分证明了上述论点的正确性,并取得了巨大的经济效益,获1987年国家科技进步一等奖。
The auther is the first to hold the view that the tolerances of wire rods and shapes dependessentially on the last one to three stands rather than the whole mill.According to this,a new technology for innovation of existing mills has been tried out.Itonly needs to replace the last one to three stands(in practice K_1 and K_2 stands)with GY-typeshort-stress path stands without changing the layout,main motor drive and foundations of stan-ds.The new concept has been provod by more than 100 mills practice with good economic resultsin five year-period.In 1987 this technology was awarded the First Grade Prize of National Scienceand Technology Progress.
