摘要
本文介绍了国外超大型高炉按高炉炉容选定 TRT 机型,并且广泛应用平均回收系统,以提高设备利用率及透平机效率的做法。这不仅可以节省初期投资,而且能增加电能输出,从而提高经济效益。文中还介绍了按 TRT 机械特性曲线审定选型是否正确的方法。
This article introduces how to determine the capacity of top pressure recovery turbine(TRT)required according to the volume of mammoth blast furnace in abroad.But it is usually equippedwith a normal recovery system in order to improve the equipment availability and turbine effice-ncy.It is reported by doing in this way,the initial investment can be reduced,and power out-put increased,subsequently,a good economic results achieved.The article also deals with the asse-ssment of TRT chosen by the use of the mechanical charcteristics curve.
