以小粉土为研究对象,采用盆栽试验法,研究施氯对桑树的影响.结果表明,在常规施肥下,桑叶含氯量为1.35g/kg左右(干物),各器官的分布为桑叶>桑根>枝条;韧皮部>脊髓>木质部,成林桑园施氯量<0.9g/kg,能增产桑叶9.0%.桑叶含氯量与土壤施氯量之间呈极显著的相关关系,(r中部叶=0.996**).随土壤施氯量的增加,出现氯害前,桑叶可溶性糖及钾的含量增加,一定范围内粗蛋白提高,而含磷量下降.初步确定盆栽条件下,该土壤桑园的施氯临界浓度为1.
The results from the experiment on powder loam paddy soil showed that chlorine content in the mulberry leaf was about 1.3g /kg (dry) under normal fertilization, and its distribution in organs was: leaf > root > branch; phloem>xylem. with in chlorine rate of 0.9g /kg soil, chlorine application increased the leaf yield by 80%. There was a great significant correlation ( r =0.996 ** ) between chlorine content in leaf and the fertilization of chlorine in soil . Before occurrence of chlorine toxication , increase of chlorine application raised the content of soluable saccharied and potassium but decreased the phosphorus content. The crude protein content in leaf increased within certain range. The critical concentation of chlorine fertilization can preliminarily be defined at about 1.1 g/kg soil.
