摘要
以５ＧＳＨ－８型谷物干燥机为例，介绍了在混流式干燥机上实现干湿谷物混合干燥工艺的流程、结构特点和主要工艺参数确定．经试验和实际干燥作业表明该机降水幅度大，节能显著。
This paper describes the design and testing of a mixed flow dryer for dried wet grain mixture drying . The drying process flow , construction and drying parameters of the dryer are presented. Specific energy consumption is less than 5.0 MJ/kg and throughput 3.12 t/h at 14.6% (28%～14.4%) moisture extraction during the dryer performance trials.
