摘要
对水杉(接穗)与杉木(砧木)嫁接促进水杉开花结果效应的研究结果表明,嫁接大大地促进了水杉的开花结实.在杭州的自然条件下,7月6日开始进入花芽分化期.嫁接显著提高了各时期砧木、枝条及接穗枝条、叶片内GA3水平,这可能是嫁接促进水杉开花结实的重要原因之一.
An intergeneric grafting trial was conducted with M. glyptostroboides as scion and Cunninghamia lanceolata as stock to study the effects of intergeneric grafting on the promotion of flowering and fruiting in M. glyptostroboides. Results shown that this intergeneric grafting greatly enhanced the flowering and fruiting in M. glyptostroboides. Flowering and fruiting appeared two years after graft. Measurement of endogenous plant hormones indicated that grafting enhanced GA 3 level in leaves and shoots of scion, and in shoots of stock, compared to those of non grafting plants. Enhance of endogenous GA 3 level by the grafting might be one of important causes to the promotion of flowering and fruiting in M. glyptostroboides. In addition, initiation of floral bud differentiation was studied. Results showed thatinitiate differentiation of floral bud occured in early July under natural condition in Hangzhou.
