摘要
在深入分析黄土高原植被建设中存在的主要问题基础上,指出强化生物措施治理黄土高原水土流失的基本意义,并针对植被建设中的主要问题提出了强化生物措施几点基本对策,以供讨论。
Based on analysis of main problems of vegetation restoration in the Loess Plateau in depth, the aim is to point out the importance of vegetation restoration in controlling soil and water loss in the Loess Plateau, meanwhile the author puts forward several essential countermeasures against these problems of vegetation rehabilitation by reforestation and rehabilitating grassland.
