摘要
原始组织为片状珠光体加网状渗碳体的 T10高碳钢,高温奥氏体后经不同方法处理,可以得到二种崭新的组织形态一板条状下贝氏体和板条状马氏体,它们虽同是板条状,但有本质的不同,前者于250℃~M_s 点间形成,为两相组织,其中 Fe_α(C)相的亚结构为挛晶;后者于 M_s 点以下形成,为单相组织,亚结构为位错。研究钢的马氏体、贝氏体形态,应采用金相法及电子显微镜分析法综合评定,才能得出较全面、准确的评价。
Two kinds of new structure morphology,the lath lower bainite and the lath martensite can beachieved from high carbon steel T10 with lamillar pearlite plus network carbide as its originalstructure by being treated with different methods after high temperature austenization.Althoughthey seem to be the same as laths,they are essentially different.The former is two-phase struc-ture formed from 250℃ to Ms,and the substructure of Fe(?)(c),one of the two phase,is twin.Thelatter is single phase formed below Ms point,and its substructure is dislocation.A correct eva-luation for martensitic and bainitic morphology of steel can be obtained only by comprehensiveanalysis of both the metallographic method and the transmission electron microscopy.
