摘要
城市化进程使小洲村等“园中村”成为特殊的城中村,其乡村经济效益价值滞后于城市生态和社会效益价值,导致面临多重束缚。通则式的改造模式不适用于小洲村,应实现生态、社会和经济的均衡,并积极寻求自上而下的机制与自下而上的机制相结合的发展模式,以推进“园中村”的改造进程。
This paper reviews the present status and clue of city village in Guangzhou, analyses specialty and chains of Xiaozhou village￡-a village in orchard. After determining its development status￡-this paper finds that the present reconstruction mode isn＇t suitable for Xiaozhou village. Lastly, this paper analysis Xiaozhou village＇s mechanism from top to bottom and development mode from bottom to top.
