As an important area on Guangzhou＇s ＂eastem growth＂ axis, Luogang central district will be built into a ＂World class central service district＂. With administration and social service as the major functions, its intemational urban design consultation sets up the model of suitable density for different areas, takes sustainable growth as development model, and forms the administration-centered transit system.
