摘要
经济全球化竞争的加剧使得跨国并购企业开始强调组织结构模式的优化。本文基于企业能力理论,以国际化战略与组织形态论、组织能力论、动态能力和组织学习论为逻辑起点,对跨国并购企业组织结构的优化动因进行分析,从而指出在企业能力变量的动态调整过程中,建立基于企业能力的学习型组织的组织结构是优化模式的创新选择。
As the aggravation of economical globalization competition, transnational merger and acquisition enterprises start to emphasize the optimization of the organizational structure pattern. Based on the enterprise capability theory, this paper took the internationalization strategy and the organizational morphology theory, the organization capability theory, the dynamic capability and the learning organization theory as the logical starting point, analyzed the motivation of the transnational merger and acquisition enterprises" organizational structure optimization ,thus pointed out establishing the learning organization based on the enterprise ability is the innovation choice to optimize structure pattern in the dynamic adjusting process of the ability variable.
