摘要
太钢于1988年3月至7月,在3号高炉(1200 m^3)进行了配用酸性氧化球团矿的冶炼试验,当配比从7%增加到10～15%时,炉况顺行,效果明显。同年9月,球团矿平均配比为20.2%,中旬高达23.74%。本文讨论了采用球团矿后高炉操作条件的变化。当球团矿配比为20%左右时,生铁产量提高4.54%,焦比降低5 kg/t_铁。
From March to July 1988,a test of adding a certain amount of acid oxide pellets into No.3blast furnace (1200m^3) was carried out.When Pellets proportion increased from 7% to 10-15%,blast furnace operation tended to be steady and the results were obvious.In september the addi-tion of the pellets increased to 20.2%(23.74% max.in the middle of the month).This paper dis-cusses the changes of the furnace operation by adding different proportion of pellets.When pro-portion of the pellets is about 20%,iron production increases by 4.54%,while the coke rate decr-eases by 5 kg per ton of iron.
