摘要
本文以先进的织构定量技术为主要判断依据,分析研究了异步轧制各种工艺参数(速比、张力、形变量等)对08A1镇静钢冷轧织构的影响。结果表明,异步冷轧织构与普通冷轧织构虽无本质的区别,但确有其分布特征。为得到尽可能多的{111}织构,文中推荐了一套工艺参数。
The effects of asynchronous cold rolling parameters including speed ratio,stretching force andpercentage of deformation on the texture of 08Al steel sheet were analyzed quantitatively.Theresults show that some distribution characteristicsdo exist in the sheet,although there is nosignificant difference found between the texture obtained from asynchronous rolling and thatfrom ordinary rolling.In order to get {111} texture as much as possible,a set of preferable pa-rameters for asynchronous rolling are suggested.
