摘要
解剖高炉中,CO_2对焦炭深部蚀损表现明显。不同煤料炼制的焦炭其深部受蚀损程度各不相同。在炉身下部其气化条件促使焦炭深部蚀损加剧,导致焦炭的恶化。因此,降低炉身上部温度或减少焦炭进入软熔带前的蚀损程度都有利于“弱焦”的应用,特别适宜高碱负荷的高炉。低温时(<1000<),CO_2-焦炭反应性质对“弱焦”在高炉中的状态尤有重要意义。
It is evident that coke taken from dissected B.F.showed the presence of internal erosion (IE)by CO_2.The degree of IE is quite different between various coke made from different parent coal.In lower part of furnace shaft,the condition of coke gasification biases increasingly towards IEand leads to deterioration of coke.Hence lowering temperature in upper part of the shaft and decr-easing IE before descending into softening zone are favorable for“weak coke”especially for highalkali B.F.burden.The behavior of coke CO_2 reaction at lower temperature,say below 1000℃,is of considerable significance especially for BF performace with“weak coke”.
